Developed for Moawia Elberier Group, this modern office building is located in Khartoum, Sudan, on a compact 345 m² plot. Designed in May 2018, the project exemplifies contemporary architecture, prioritizing efficient use of space while maintaining a sleek and professional aesthetic.
The design integrates functionality with modern style, creating an inspiring workspace tailored to the client’s business needs. Despite its limited footprint, the building enhances its urban setting, delivering a sophisticated presence that reflects innovation and forward-thinking design.
