ROYAL PALACE HOTEL – KHARTOUM
The Royal Palace Hotel in Khartoum, Sudan (October 2018) is a contemporary hospitality structure designed in the New Classic style, harmonizing timeless elegance with modern functionality. Situated on a 323 m² urban plot, the hotel integrates refined architectural detailing—symmetrical façades, classical proportions, and ornamental accents—with efficient spatial planning to optimize the guest experience.
The design balances grandeur and intimacy, employing high-quality materials and contextual sensitivity to reflect Khartoum’s urban character. Strategic fenestration ensures natural light penetration while maintaining privacy.
