The Sudanese Islamic Bank – Khartoum Branch (November 2022) is a modern office building situated on a 200 m² urban plot in Sudan’s capital. Designed with a contemporary aesthetic, the structure emphasizes clean geometries, functional zoning, and efficient spatial organization.
The façade integrates modular elements and high-performance glazing, balancing transparency with privacy. Interior layouts prioritize operational efficiency for banking services and administrative workflows while adhering to Islamic architectural principles of simplicity and harmony.
The compact design responds to Khartoum’s urban context, optimizing site usage without compromising accessibility. This project reflects a synergy of modern banking needs and regional identity.
