A.G FOR MINING – HEADQUARTER

A.G for Mining’s headquarters in Khartoum, Sudan (September 2018) is a modern office building designed on a 480 m² plot. The architecture emphasizes functionality and contemporary aesthetics, integrating clean lines, geometric forms, and high-quality materials like glass and steel.
Tailored for Sudan’s climate, the design incorporates energy-efficient shading and natural ventilation strategies. Spatial planning prioritizes collaborative workspaces, administrative zones, and client areas, optimizing workflow. The facade balances transparency and privacy, reflecting corporate identity while harmonizing with Khartoum’s urban context.
This project exemplifies a fusion of modern minimalism and site-responsive solutions, delivering a professional, sustainable workplace for the mining sector.
