SEAPAL Investments (O-General) Call Center, completed in September 2019, is a modern office building in Khartoum, Sudan, situated on a 156 m² plot. The G+1 structure combines functionality and aesthetics, prioritizing efficient spatial planning for office operations.
Its contemporary design features clean lines, vertical articulation, and strategic fenestration to maximize natural light and ventilation. The facade employs minimalist materials, balancing professionalism with urban adaptability. The layout optimizes limited space through compact circulation and flexible workspaces, adhering to local building codes.
This project reflects a responsive architectural approach, integrating modern style with contextual considerations to deliver a dynamic, sustainable workspace tailored to the client’s operational needs.
